I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke because the customers service went above and beyond. I needed a car quickly and I wasn't sure if to have PCP or HP and both were explained clearly in full detail and with different costing example. I happen to find a car that day which they secured for me and 4 days later I was driving it away.
The car was perfect for my budget and family needs. Jack took time to go through all the different gadgets and features with me and on the day I was due to pick up my car I had an issue getting there and the Store manager went out of his way to pick my up so I'd be able to get my car as arranged.
Any questions or querys I had were answered professionally and clearly. Jack also discussed and set me up with a service/mot plan and I received a follow up call a few days later to check I was happy with my vehicle.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Jack and Zeiko.

I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke to anyone because of their excellent customer experience. My dealership representative, Anthony Hargreaves provided exceptional pre and post customer care. He came across as very professional, smart, knowledgeable, honest and attentive to my purchase needs. He kept me updated on the progress of my purchase, managed to extend my warranty and collected me from the rail station when collecting my car. He further made it possible for a minor scratch to be repaired on my windscreen, even having the vehicle collected and returned to me at my home the same day. He certainly made the difference. I'd be happy to return to the Stoke branch in the future, I only hope Ant would still be there. I should also take the opportunity to credit Cluadio who took me on my test drive. Very smart, knowledgeable and good company on the drive.

I'd like to make a special mention of John Taylor who from my initial enquiry guided me, efficiently and courteously through the process of documentation to completion of the transaction with clear and concise explanations of all the cars instrumentation and operating features.
